What are investors using when remodeling Kitchen Cabinets, Floors and Bathrooms?  Can you please explain the type of hard wood flooring used, Type of kitchen cabinets and tile used in Bathrooms?  I am curious if landlords are going high end or staying in the middle to cut costs.
