Good washer and dryer brands for rentals

Looking to replace a washer and dryer for a rental and looking for brands that are both reliable(long life span with little repair issues) and not too expensive.

I would recommend off brand whirlpool. They make a ton of different washer and dryer brands just have to look them up and see what is carrying them locally for you. One I know of is "Estate." And it has served me well.
