Flipping and Rehabbing Discussion
If I buy a flipper, what’s the best way(s) to connect the buyer with the seller (me). I thinks its a good idea to have a buyer before the rehabbing begins. Any advice/tips/strategies are appreciated! Please let me know if I need to clarify anything.
