Hard Money Loans interest rate
Good day! I don't understand hard money lending LTV or ROI. There So many companies out there with the "calculations" on their sites but why the different amount of months? Some say 0 - 360 months with 86% interest? Is this the interest reoccurring? I'm just at a loss here. I want to get into flipping but don't understand.
