Only one Refi at a time?

We did a Refi on our primary to take advantage of the low interest rates and now our lender won’t let us Refi out of one of our rentals until 3 days after our closing on our Refi for our primary, is it possible to do multiple Refis at one time? He said it will mess everything up?
