Bat Droppings in Attic
Hello all. Im looked at a property yesterday and the owner wants 60% of a "drive by" appraisal The house needs work but mostly cosmetic stuff in the living areas and then comes the big problem......BATS in the attic!!! He paid a extermination company to get them out and that was completed however, the owner does not have the money to have the bat droppings cleaned out prior to selling the house.
Anyone have an idea what this would cost? The house is 1200 sq ft and this is a full attic.
