Texas Hard money lenders

Who have you used and how was your experience?

Looking into doing my first BRRRR.

I’m trying to get recommendations on hard money lenders and insight on how the hard money lenders work and what do they look for before they approve you?

Do they require a certain down payment?

Do they fund all at one or do draws?

What’s average percentage rate for hard money what are you getting?

How do you account for this cost in your analysis?

Would anyone be willing to help analyze a brrrr deal with me once I get approval with all the numbers on my hand.

Thank you in advance!
