To anyone flipping in Austin Texas how is the market over there? What are the hot zip codes? I am an investor in Corpus Christi and I am really wanting to get into the Austin market and I can really use some advice or pointers from any investors in the Austin area.

The Austin metro market is hot and expensive. I only bought 3 in Austin last year and focus mostly along the Texas coast now. You'll need some heavy hitter money partners if you want to jump in that market. The competition for investment deals is also very strong there so you'll need a substantial marketing budget and be willing to pay much more than old 70% model.
