Hello BP!

Looking to see if anyone has, the much sought after, investor friendly contractor contact(s) in Pittsburgh, PA. I am in the process of buying a wholesale property in Pitt and I needed to bring the home (SFH) up to top "rental" quality vs. top "owner" quality. The property will need most of the cosmetics redone as well as the kitchen and bathroom (1 full 1 half). Its a small house 1,000 SqFt, Good little project for the right contractor. Even if someone knew a good project manager that had experience in subbing the work might be a good fit as well. Much appreciated in advance.
