$50,000 to invest in a flip
I'm a first time investor and I have $50,000 to invest in a flip. Where should I look for financing? Conventional mortgage? Portfolio lender? I'm looking at REO properties between $150,000 and $250,000. I don't want to spend much more Etna the 50K all in.
