anyone could share the experience with dealing with the complaint to the contractors board to resolve contractor issues?
I try to file a complaint with the California Contractor Board. The contractor had threaten file lien on property or go to arbitraction (contract has a arbitraction clause) . he have not showed up to the job site for a month and asked for payment out of air. Please share your experience and advise. greatly appreciate it.
