Gut Rehab/Floor Plan Modification
Hello,
I'm looking to purchase a older home in the Canton area then, I would like to renovate and change the layout into a MFH. I'm more worried about the permitting process/architectural plans. Is there any reason Baltimore planning office would reject a MFH conversion?
What would be the approximate cost?
1. Plans/Permitting
2. Gut Renovation 3000 SF (three stories) + deck.
