Self explanatory. What to do with more leads than I can handle alone.

Get someone like minded on board with you and make some money. You could also take them down yourself and wholesale them if there's enough meat on the bone. Why dont you try to connect with some buyers or find someone looking for leads that is willing to pay for them. There is a number of ways you can go about this.

Automate or Delegate (hire).

I try to keep automating until I have to delegate.  If you can program automations into your CRM, you can usually make something work. Calls/RVMS, TEXTS, EMAILS, reminders, checklists. Websites, webforms. Sometimes connecting them all together is a challenge. REIBB is the tool that helps me do a ton of automation, avoiding the added expense and training time needed when adding people.

Leads as in names and addresses or leads as in sellers with actual properties at good values? I would handle both very differently.

@Robert Chad Yoder, as mentioned, a lead can mean many things.  So what is your sticking point with these leads?  I like Greg's answer though, organize them and track them.

No reason to have a lead you can't qualify, nurture or even remember you have.
