Advice for a new comer. Interested in flips and rental Property
I’m completely new to this community but I am very interested in getting started as soon as possible rehabbing and flipping homes. I’m here looking for advice and mentors to help me start my new journey. I live in katy, texas (Houston area)

Hey Erica! Welcome! Katy is a great Houston and people are still making money flipping here. Old Katy, Cimarron, West Memorial, Memorial Parkway, occasionally Nottingham and Williamsburg Settlement are great areas to look at to start.
