Hi everyone!  I'm really craving some local community in Denver when it comes to real estate investing.  I'd love to form a local group of people with solid character, looking to better themselves, that also are interested in local real estate investment and long-term financial freedom.  I'd like to set up a meeting on a regular basis to form some community, share what we're up to, and synergize.  If that's you, shoot me a DM or reply to this post!

Would love to get involved with this - Denver noob here, eager to get in the game and hoping to snag a house hack in the next year or two but still saving for a down payment at the moment. My girlfriend is tired of hearing me rant about real estate so it would be cool to connect with some people who are actually stoked about it!

    Hi Mark, we just expanded into Denver and I am looking around for meetups etc as well. I know there are a few Denver based ones on here, but I am not sure which ones are going strong and support Virtual so it would also be great to have some of the other  long tenured forum members weigh in.

    I am interested in building this network also and operate in a niche that may or may not resonate. That's probably the case for all of us. 'Real estate investor' is a big tent. That means also that there are a lot of opportunities!

    We just had our first meeting of this group on MON 3/8 and the next event is scheduled for MON 4/12.  If you would like to be a part of this group as an investor or if you are an industry partner (lender, contractor, etc.) that would like to present to this group, please message me with your email!  This is a community that's growing fast!  

    What the Group is Looking For:

    • -What are other investors doing right now? Especially because Denver has become a tougher market for investors, how is everyone else doing deals and where?
    • -Grow the group to include a lot of disciplines, including Financing, Title, Contractors, etc.
    • -Create synergy and learning from each other's experience.
    • -Have fun! Create community.
    • -Preferred format for future events - Ideally, in-person. We'll do this as soon as covid permits! Until then, we'll keep up with digital. If people want to meet up on the side in smaller groups, go for it!

    Group Values:

    • -No strings attached. This is an open community and there's no catch.
    • -Genuine personal connections is the goal.
    • -Give back. If you're experienced in something, help others that are less experienced.
    • -WE ALL RISE TOGETHER. Information sharing is everything! We root for each other and learn from our wins, losses, etc.
