How to pay manager of rehab?
Doing a rehab, already have a GC, yes I know the GC is supposed to keep things on task, but I’m an out of state investor. What would you pay someone to keep tabs on the project? For instance, just making sure things are moving along, picking out tile, colors etc, FaceTiming me with updates, etc.
