Realtor looking to flip houses
I am a new realtor looking to get into flipping houses, probably with a partner. Located in Lancaster pa.
I would be doing to the deals and transactions and asp helping the other guy do the work. I’m not sure exactly what the rules are for this. If I could get some advice as to what I can and can’t do.
