Hard Money for Rural Flips?

Hi All, I'm looking to break into a few flips in/around my hometown of honesdale pennsylvania . CFPB designates most of Wayne county as Rural / underserved which most HMLs do not lend on. Hoping to connect with a few local lenders or others who have done flips in the area?
