Growth in the Triangle- Flipping in Raleigh/Durham/Cary
Who has been keeping up to date on all the growth happening in the Triangle? Apple and google are just a few companies moving to North Carolina. And, all the growth creates a huge demand for homes! @Katherine Sommer I am in the Durham/Raleigh area, and I agree with you 100%. The Triangle has been booming. And Apple is also coming here, which will only add to the expansion. As a result, the housing market is on FIRE. I'm in the multifamily space, but I'd still love to connect! A flipper friend of mine has been extremely busy. He has 50 flips going on right now (not all in the Triangle, but many of them here). What's your experience been like?
