Wallpaper glue residue

Kevin Farr
Posted

I have wallpaper that removes super easy that doesn’t damage the wall when removed, but does leave some glue residue that makes the surface rough. Scraping it doesn’t do much because it’s not thick.

Is there a solution that would work to wash it off? Any prep that should be done to it before I paint over the top?

Thank you.
