Great way to get the word out
The other night I was a featured speaker at a local real estate investment club. I was asked to speak about some of my rehab experience and how to get started in rehab. I put together a Power Point presentation complete with before and after pictures of some of my projects. I also included some financial examples. There were about 80-90 people in the room and it went very well. After the meeting I was talking to people and exchanging cards for over an hour. Who knows, it could lead to some great deals!
