Is there really a place were like minded investors go besides REIA. Would like to have a conversation about investing a couple times a week.

Hey there @Sean Sullivan, I and other investors get together the first Thursday of every month. Id be happy to direct you to the facebook group or whatsapp group. This usually takes place in Tysons Corner or Springfield and we usually are 20 or so.

I run a real estate meetup in DC. We've been on hiatus during Covid. I was hoping to start back up in September, but it seems like the Delta variant might be ruining those plans. New indoor mask mandates back in place and we are expecting a limit on gatherings to be announced in not too long.
