How to obtain loan using property
Hello everyone. I have just acquired my very first property with the hope of fixing it up and renting it out. My issue is that the value of the property is less than $50,000 and because of that, I can't refi. How can I obtain a loan to get the property up and running? I plan on purchasing other properties as well. I don't mind sharing that I am SCARED TO DEATH!!!!!
