Building a team - duplex in seattle

Hi everyone, new here! My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our second rental property, we will be converting a single family home with basement MIL into a duplex (due diligence on zoning already done).

We are looking to find a good team to structure plans for each unit, any recs. on plumbers, electricians, contractors in the Seattle area. This is our first rental in need of major remodel so we are new to this side of things. Any advice or recommendations/referrals would be greatly appreciated!
