Building an Additional Dwelling Unit... Lending questions
Hey BP,
A partner and i recently purchased a home with a big lot. Only i am currently on the loan. our goal when purchasing the home was to build a Detached additional unit in the back. I would like to know if my partner would be able to secure a construction perm loan to build on the back if they are at least on deed. What other financing options are there?
