Fort Wayne Property Management Recommendations

My team and I have a 4-plex and a duplex in Fort Wayne, IN, and are currently looking for a quality property management company to work with. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated as we're fairly new to real estate investing and are planning to continue to scale - thanks in advance!

Hi, James! I think most local investors work with AG Rentals. More options include Capital Property Management (who some of my long-distance investor clients work with), My DBD Home, Select Property Management, Fort Wayne Property Group, Open Door Rentals and Real Estate, and Kaufmann Property Management to name a few. More options can be found on Google. I believe there are several resources here on BP to help with ways to vet a PM before you hire them.

I self manage my 8 units for now. I have not hired a property manager in the past, so I don’t have any first hand experience to share about any of them. I hope this helps!
