Putting together a deal
Hey everybody,
Just got approval for a portfolio loan from one of our local banks. I was just in town a few weeks ago looking at properties so now its time to put some offers in. Looking for duplexes and possibly a mix of duplex and SFHs. Will keep you updated with info as things progress.
