Seeking help wholesaling a S Bend area property

Hello South Bend folks-

I am looking for help selling a property that is in the South Bend area (Walkerton specifically). I have already closed on the property and cleaned it out. The details of the property are in the marketplace. My company is the 2nd largest wholesaling company in NW Indiana but I have minimal contacts in north central Indiana. The numbers on this house were too good to pass on even without a cash buyers list in that area. Please contact me directly if you are a whoelsaler or buyer in this area and would like a piece of the pie. Property is a great flip property. You can contact me through PM here or call the number provided in my profile. Thanks in advance for help.

    Adrien,

Call Joe Colvin at Homeworks Investments. They're huge out there and have a lot of rental properties.
