CPA Recommendations - Overland Park, KS
Over the last 5 or so years, my wife and I have been utilizing the same CPA to help with our tax preparation and tax guidance for our 7 rental properties we own. We have been less than impressed but continued to utilize him out of convenience.
I am reaching out to see if anyone on BP's has a recommendation on a CPA that they have utilized and are happy with. I have interviewed around 7 - 8 local CPAs and none of them show value or strategy in the information they know related to Real Estate Tax Laws, etc. I have read numerous books on tax strategy so am looking for someone to really ensure that my wife and I are not giving Uncle Sam any more information than we have to as well as help us in strategizing for this year and future years tax strategy.
The area we live is Overland Park, KS and would like to keep close and within the State of Kansas as they would be well versed in the Federal and State Tax Laws to assist
