Hi,

Was wondering if anyone recommended a real estate lawyer in the Kansas City area?

Also what should I expect fees be?  I'm going into wholesaling, so basically I want to get my contracts set up and then reviewed by him/her.  I found one that's charging about $300 an hour.  Is that average?
