KC Multi Family Market Data

Can someone point me in the direction of good multi-family apartment data for Kansas City or the US in general.  Looking for occupancy %, new builds, etc for my local market ideally.  Have access to Newmark Grubb data but this is focused on industrial / commercial properties.  Colliers is the best data I could find, but if you know of any other free data this would be appreciated. Trying to find trend data on studio / 1bd rents and new developments in downtown KC area.

Don't know if this will be helpful to you or not but since you're looking for KC market info I figured I'd drop you a link to The Ultimate Guide to Grading Kansas City Missouri Neighborhoods.
