The best general contractor in KC area.

Hello BP,

Has anyone worked with a general contractor in the KC area that just blew them away and surpassed all expectations? I'm looking to purchase a SFH in Independence from out of state and I need some recommendations on the known allstar GC's of the area.

    Good morning - 

    When looking for a GC and being OOS, it poses extra challenges.  At Atlas Property Management, we have construction in-house which is a bonus for OOS investors.  We are not a RE firm, but have a strong network of agents if you need any assistance there.  Looking forward to hearing from you.
