ISO - 6 - Unit financing, KC market, internet based.
ISO, I am interested in internet based lenders who finance commercial apartments down to 6 unit size. I have a property I am already interested in. But I have never tried for anything larger than a 4 plex. What do you all find are good lenders to talk with?
