I Have a list of 20 plus properties for sale and most of them are tenant occupied.. Tenant has been in place for years and plans to stay... Rent is Payed on time and I also have one over 60K! Serious cash buyers please contact me for my business number !!! Can close in 7-10 days and buyers pay closing cost ($625) !!!
