Got my license and loving it
I got my real estate license and I'm loving it so far. It's taken some time and money, but it will more than pay for itself when I buy my next house. Having access to the MLS is so convenient because hardly a day goes by that I don't want comps for a property. I also found an awesome broker that is all for people using their license however they see fit.
Good things are coming...
