Question

Anyone in the Shreveport area we can network with? We only live an hour away and are there often for shopping. We have a possible Fix & Flip opportunity, if anyone's interested.

Hey @Edmond Major III ! There's a great Baton Rouge group called the RING (Real estate Investors Networking Group) that usually meets on the second Tuesday of every month.  Although in person meetings are on hold due to Covid.  You can search on the MeetUp site for RING Baton Rouge. Once you join, you'll get the email alerts to know once meetings start back up. And as I'm sure you've already seen, BiggerPockets is a great reasource for info and networking.  I've really enjoyed their books and podcasts as well. Good luck!
