Architect and GC looking to connect with people on RE!

Hi there, 

My partner and I are starting to look into RE in Portland, OR. We've both lived here for quite some time - I'm an architect working on ADU's / garage and basement conversions and he is a city planner for small towns in Eastern Oregon. We got a pre-approval for $355,000 and we are interested in doing a house hack or developing something on a small property ideally in the Montavilla area, or east of 205! I would love to talk to some folks in person, is there any sort of meetup happening these days?
