Looking for a title company
Hello, I am looking for a title company/agent/attorney who can assist with changing the name on the deed of a property in Baltimore city that we are trying to liquidate for my mother in law. The property is currently in the name of her mother who is deceased. Also looking to see if this could lead to future investment deals with the agent in Baltimore- fix/flips. Any recommendations?
