Wholesaling in Charm City

Anthony L Brown
Posted

🤗Greetings all

I'm a newbie wholesaler here in the beautiful city of Baltimore (my home). I was wondering if you all had any tips specific to this city to share. Also, if anyone wanted to connect I would love to make new acquaintances. Anyway, much success to everyone....see you at the top!

welcome to the wonderful world of making money in Baltimore real estate, I am 77 years old and started investing in houses when I got out of the Army in 1962 at age 20, well I should say that I started taking real estate courses, most of them were rip offs, but I learned some valuable lessons, like "Don't put a label on yourself, like "Wholesaler, flipper" etc. just be yourself. After going through "Trial and Terror for years, I decided to follow the pros and stop taking stupid courses, I went to auctions, developed cash partners and most importantly developed a system of how to control real estate using skinny contracts with full profit disclosures. I guess you could say that I got lucky and invented this simple system of "assignments", I also discovered the magic of networking and created a Meet-UP for like minded people to share ideas and control systems like Control and Roll. I became a real estate auctioneer, (what a great way to flip properties)

I look forward to meeting you - glad to give you some ideas ans a helping hand - stay in touch.

Charlie
