Looking for Maryland-based Real Estate CPA
I own rental property in Baltimore and plan to focus my investing in MD. I currently have a Maryland-based CPA prepare my taxes - he's somewhat familiar with real estate but doesn't have expertise in that area. I'm looking for a CPA that has experience working with real estate investors. I know all accountants are not CPAs but I prefer to work with a CPA. Any recommendations are welcome. Thanks!
