I have lived in Fell[s points and family in Towson and Arlington, VA.

Interested in learning more about good, safe B class neighborhoods for a value add with COC 10% or higher in Baltimore, Arlington, VA. Thoughts about Franklin Square?

Also putting my team together.  Property managers+contractors welcome?
