Baltimore City Property Auctions

I see a lot of properties in Baltimore City that are going up for auction. Most of these auctions start anywhere from 5k to 40k in most instances. Does anyone have any experience with these auctions? Are they a good opportunity to BRRRR? I'm actually seeing some of these properties in up and coming neighborhoods.

Curious on what your thoughts are.
