Would you house hack in Chelsea? Why or why not?

@Stefanie Willie-Bonglo I own Volnay Capital. We currently have 2 4 unit development projects and an 8 unit development project in Chelsea. We have been in East Boston doing projects for the past 4 years and we see it as the next stop. With the Suffolk Downs project moving forward either as another Assembly Row or with Amazon everything is pointing in the right direction for East Boston, Chelsea and Revere.
