Recently moved down to Quincy in the last year from Vermont and am hoping to become more engulfed in the market here. I just obtained my RE license for the state and am loving each step of this journey. I would love to get to know more people in the area and possibly join local groups.

I believe every investor should become a licensed agent. 1 you can have a second stream of income. 2 agents in this market hate putting in low offers over and over. I know some investors will say we should not be looking on MLS and I disagree. I currently have a client with a house ready to close in a week that we found on market below market value. Everything works if you work.
