New Investor Looking to Donate Time
Hi all! I have been living in the Boston area my whole life, always dreaming of becoming a real estate investor. Over my adult life, I have read countless books and done a number of "fake" analysis on properties to try and be ready for when the opportunity strikes and I have enough capital.
For now, I would be very interested in helping out a seasoned investor by donating my time to whatever they need. I can put together anywhere from 5-10 hours a week of help! I am hoping to connect with some investors, while also learning with a more hands on approach. My professional background is in engineering with a Master's degree, so I have a very analytical mind and the drive to dive into problems with a personable and positive attitude.
