Refinancing Loan From Hard Money Lender

Hello there,

I'm looking for any suggestions from someone who's a lender or someone who can recommend me one lender in Massachusetts for a refinance.

I currently have a loan w/ a private lender and now I need to refinance the loan.

Hi Nghi--

Pretty easy to get 75% on a R/T or Cashout refi with rates starting in the low 5's for a 5 yr ARM. Loans are Stated Income and look at the cash-flow of existing or projected market rents. Minimum credit score of 650 is required.
