Battle Creek Michigan 6 unit

I have a lead on a 6 unit in Battle Creek. It's 100% vacant. It is in a good area of town. The owner is older and wants to get rid of it. The family also wants him to get rid of the building. 5 units are 2/1. 1 is a 1/1. Solid brick building.
I'm wondering if there is anyone that does investing in the area would have any interest in this?
