I am mobile home newbie investor. I hold 3 promissory notes for 3 different mobile home that I sold. I need some cash to move on with my business and buy more mobile homes. Is it possible to sell promissory notes? Is it legal? Does anybody buys them?

MODERATOR: THIS IS NOT AN OFFER TO SELL NOTES. POSTS CONTAINING SOLICITATAIONS TO BUY NOTES WILL BE REMOVED. OFFERS TO BUY OR SELL NOTES CAN BE POSTED ONLY IN THE MARKETPLACE FORUM.

Just got back from the Louisville Show. I do know people in some states that might buy them, including someone who posts in the MH forum off and on. I'm not sure I can list names here, but the state in which the homes are located would be extremely important to attract interest as well as the face value of the notes.
