Lien Responsibility Question

Greetings All,

I will be participating in my first Sheriff's sale next month. I have verified back taxes on some properties but I wanted to know is there a way to find out if past utilities like water, electric, gas, HOA etc. are owed. Also is there a way to check for IRS liens on specific properties. Thanks in advance for your response.

 Run title report on the property to check all liens. They can also as part of the search check for any utility bills outstanding and/or utility liens.
