Tax Deeds vs. HOA liens
Hi All,
I am looking at the upcoming auction list and some of the vacant lots I'm interested in are in a property owners association. If the owners are delinquent on assessments they may also have liens attached.
In Texas, does that lien survive the tax deed auction sale?
